This is windows live messanger version 14.8117.416 from 2009 made portable.
It is fully patched with apatch. And i have added a few other tweaks, so you wont get messages like UPGRADE MSN and crap like that. Also disabled the stupid virus scanner dialog. That always came up when you shared stuff with people.
So basically this is the old msn fully working again.
