Contacts show as not having me on their list

I have added people, had them accept and yet they show up as not having me on their list. I've deleted and readded them and its made no difference. I show up on their list though? Also my display picture doesn't show for anyone, even when its been changed, unless I go to WL.

Are you looking that in the AL/BL/FL/RL lists? If so, they are starting to be less accurate
