plugin needed

I've just migrated from wlm+p!. within plus! were a plugin that allowed the user to set alarms for an specific contact for events like picture changin; psm changing; very versatile...and I 'd like to have this feature in amsn

Right click on the contact, configure/add/remove alarm

  that's not what i meant; the alarms i have are:
-...when this user comes online
-...when this user sends you a message
-...when this user changes state
-...when this user goes offline/invisible

and I need

-...when this user changes PSM(personal message)
