Just redownload it, the website is updated with a new build which should work.

I have the same problem: aMSN will not open, it shows up in my dock for one second then disappears.
I am running  OS X 10.6.5
Tried all the things I found in this forum, and nothing has worked. Here is what I get when I run kakaroto's terminal command:

@grpsy : The latest SVN version (12291) should fix this very weird bug you're having..
