hey everyone,
a couple of weeks ago I downloaded aMSN for my windows 7. The problem is it crashes when I try logging in whilst using youtube or some other moviewatching media(like for example wachting a southpark episode online). My whole pc blocks and I can only ctrl+alt+delete and stop aMSN. Anyone knows the reason?

No that still doesn't help. I did notice that when I signed in and then use youtube that it works good. So its mostly while signing in and using some sort of streaming website (youtube,...) that it crashes. Its almost like firefox is using the same "door" as aMSN when signing in  but they both can't get through.Smiley

Hello,

Have you tried with another web browser ?
If you have only firefox, try to make a new empty profile and do the same please.

Hi,

Can you resume the situation please ?

Which version of Windows 7 ?
Fully updated ? (Windows Update)
Legal Key ?
No viruses (try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware)

Did you use svn version ?
Did you use a portable version of amsn ?
What is the version number of your amsn installation ?

Have you update the flash plugin installed on your computer ?
Have you a specific sound card ? sound driver ?
Have you a laptop or a desktop ?

For resume : give us all the details you could have on your computer, ion order to find the problem.
Imo, it isn't fully linked to amsn, else all 7's users should complain about these bugs ;-)

Regards,
Anael
