aMSN Live modified for 0.98.1

For anyone using the skin, I just quickly modified the aMSN live skin that's posted on the skins page (nothing special really).

I found it annoying that 4 of the icons in the convo window(s) were not fit with the theme (due to the theme not being made for version 0.98.1) and i prefer the smiley nudge icon over the bell icon.

Valeu ficou bom! Você adicionou o que faltava para esse skin. Valeu... Só falta mesmo um fundo para a lista de contatos, pois a janela de conversação está perfeita, quer dizer, igual o msn 8. Mas fica um vazio na lista de contatos. De qualquer maneira está melhor que o skin para a versão 0.98.0. Valeu.

Thanks it was good! You added what was needed for this skin. Thanks ... Only lack even a fund for the contact list, because the chat window is perfect, that is, equal to the msn 8. But it is a void in the contact list. Either way is better than the skin to version 0.98.0. Thanks.
