Do you have any plan about 0.98.1 ?
Are you going to release it soon or is it still a work in progress and you don't know when you'll release it ?

I'm just asking because it's difficult to create up to date packages (some plugins went from main to extra, and vice versa)

ok, apparently, it will have to wait until the week-end or early next week...
@razzie: amsn 0.98 will tell you a new version is available then you'd download it yourself and install it as a fresh install (but your profiles and settings will be kept)

official release.. 0.98 wasn't announced on the homepage because it had a bug that we're fixing in 0.98.1

Will 0.98.1 be announced on the front page when it is released?

Because 0.98.1 will be an official release, it is going to be announced on the front page, I think.

The release is going on. You can already find tarballs on https://sourceforge.net/projects/amsn/files/amsn/0.98.1/
Please test them and report any bug you encounter.
