MSNP16 and multi-presence

Yeah, same account. And yeah, Windows Live Messenger 9.0 Beta. It's a @live.com.au account, does that matter?
I might try it a bit later with my normal account.

@jinkazima: this has nothing to do with multi msn, you're in the wrong forum, this forum is about aMSN, which is a clone of MSN messenger, and this discussion here is about the reverse engineering of a new protocol version, you clearly are in the wrong place...

hi, what about msnp16 status in amsn? I do ctrl+shift+c, then:

(amsn_dev) 1 % config::setKey protocol 16
16

but as soon as I login:

(amsn_dev) 2 % config::getKey protocol
15

am I missing something?

should be set to 18 since it's MSNP18 now, the 16th and 17th protocol versions were never released and were only used for the beta...

EDIT: well, I set protocol to 18, but its not working. Im running two instances on two different pc and I keep getting disconnected, no multi presence, login from a different location error

both need to be set to use protocol 18, if you connect with one account using an earlier protocol version, then it will disconnect the msnp18 accounts.

oh..sorry, I though I already set it, probably a typo screwed it up. now it's working!

hi to everyone, i use amsn mssenger it is totally look like perfect clone of  msn messenger. and it works just like msn messenger that is very good aspect of it.
