I want to know if is posible a plugin to autoaccept a new contact... i search a forum but i dont find any like this...

Hi welcome to the forums,
no, there is no such plugin. You can autoaccept file transfers and webcams but not new contacts.. it makes no sense in my opinion..

But, for me, is a very good idea... i accept all contacts, and then i reject or block, if i dont know who is or is spam...
