Hi, I downloaded the music-plugin and extracted the file. But when I tried to move the file into home/usr/share/amsn/plugins I got the message: There was an error moving the file into /usr/share/amsn/plugins. Error moving file: Permission denied.

How do I move the file over to plugins?
I use Ubuntu if it is any help.

did you try moving the file as root ?
'cause it looks like you don't have the permission to move the file.

The plugins directory is /home/your_username/.amsn/plugins.

At "Home/my_username/ It is only a aMSN_Received folder with my received files.

It's hidden. The folders that start with a dot . are hidden. Press Ctrl+H or type /home/your_username/.amsn at location bar.

Is it possible to add in the configuration of the plug in the display format and the choice to display the file name? Most of my songs don't have tags with the song title and the singer's name!!

Just upgraded aMSN and extras to revision 11347. I noticed music plugin isn't caring Amarok 2.1.1 at all from some revisions on. I backed up a working version of music plugin and it didn't work either. I don't think it's due to amsn svn; maybe the music plugin should upgrade the amarok2 script to make it work with version 2.1+.
