i get this error when i try to start amsn2...how can i resolve it?

looks like you forgot to do a "git submodule update --init".

Try amsn2 only if you want to code on it.

this a DEVELOPMENT version, all the users of amsn2 should be developers willing to contribute.

hi, welcome to the forums..
like billiob said, amsn2 is still a development version, it's not stable, you can't really use it to chat, we don't use it ourselves yet, if you want to try out amsn2, it's basically because you want to code for it and add new features, etc.. if you're not a developer, then don't bother, still with amsn 0.x...
