Hi everyone,
when I try to connect to the MSN network, with an actual cvs checkout, wish reaches a cpu usage between 50 and 70 percent and never really connects me.
Since I was not able to find anything similar with the search function, I wanted to ask if this could be because of some misconfiguration of my system. (Gentoo Linux on x86)

Help would be appreciated,

Yes... try getting latest cvs again (as soon as it syncs) or try this:

cd ~/.amsn/your_account_name and rename the file plugins.xml . You will need to reload all plugins...

If my suggestion above solves the problem, please upload the file plugins.xml somewhere (the corrupt one, the one that you renamed) and post the link here.
