There's a chance this topic ended up in the wrong part of the forum, but since I'm a newbie here, please have mercy on me. ^^'
Anyways, I recently downloaded the BlackCarbon skin, but when I've loged in, I can't see the text under "my name" and Account, Alternative, Help etc. up at the top. So I can't change status and screen name and stuff like that, since the background is black and the text is black.
How do I fix this? I really like this skin, so it would be a shame if I had to change to a different one. :|

open the settings.xml file with notepad or an other text editor

the file is @ this location:

amsn/script/skins/BlackCarbon/settings.xml

when you open the file add this to it
Code:
  <login>
<Colors>
<loginfg>#d2d2d2</loginfg>
</Colors>
</login>

to make it easy look for the line <skin> and copy it underneath that line
restart amsn and normally the text would be white (works for me)
