why don't you include a general security password that can be defined optionally by the user to make the password storage a bit more secure?
I'm assuming you mean have one main password that's used to encrypt all the others, and then prompt the user for that password?
I personally think it's pointless, given that they'd still need to enter a password (to decrypt the stored one). If you want security then just don't save your password, I've got quite a few accounts and just enter the password every time I log in.
