I created a set of XP scroll bars for my own use because I thought aMSN would look better if it was more integrated with XP. I know XP is older but maybe others using XP will find them useful so I decided to share them.

Just download and extract the file folder then add to the skin folder of your choice.

This is a good case to use wxWidgets for version 2, it fits in with all 3 OS's.
But I don't know if the others like BSD and so can run the Linux version natively?
I know version 2 is miles off and there are many arguments for and against I was just showing how this would be one benefit.
