HI!

I'm under windows, service pack 2 updated, wit a ati card and last driver on dual display set.
The deal is... all amsn pop-ups are shown on my primary display.... no matter if the respective amsn window is on it or in secoundary display.

That's it, just a small buggy not a big a deal. Just wanted to let you know it since it the buggy bugs sometimes. =P

it's normal, not a bug, I think even windows live messenger acts like that...
if you think I'm wrong, then maybe I didn't understand correctly, so you can provide a screenshot of amsn and WLM to see the difference.
thx

maybe i haven't explained well... as i don't get the same issue in other appz.
Here is a screenshoot... croped. The line on it represents where one monitor ends and the other beggins.

All poup-ups are like that here, always shown in primary display, no matter if the amsn window is on it or in the secoundary.

ohhh yes, I see, I encounter this issue too, rather annoying.. but I don't have the courage to fix it :p
I thought you were refering to the 'x has just signed in' popup...

Meh, had the same prob. Found this tread through google dough. Ough ough ough (echo of a non-english-speaker)

Altough (the ough again >_<) it was the yellow/orange contact-information-window that irritated me way more then the ...-comes-online-window, smiley-window and winks and such ... I'll see to upload a pic of what I mean and edit it into this post.

*edit* : screenshot :

*edit²* : damn, this topic is like 18 months old xD
