For the last few days, I've not been able to update through svn. "svn up" fails with: svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn' svn: PROPFIND of '/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn': Could not resolve hostname `svn.sourceforge.net': No address associated with hostname (https://svn.sourceforge.net) I think it's a problem with the svn server, so probably none of you can do anything about it, but just in case.

svn switch --relocate https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn/ https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn/ anyway, there are currently some issues at SF

A tip for those, like me, who tried the command in their /home : You've got to type : svn switch --relocate https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn/ https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn/ INSIDE your ~/amsn folder But what about amsn-extras? Here's what I get : [famille@localhost amsn-extras]$ svn switch --relocate https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn/ https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/ svn: La relocalisation (relocate) ne peut changer que la partie dépôt d'une URL [famille@localhost amsn-extras]$ svn switch --relocate https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn-extras/ https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn-extras/ svn: La relocalisation (relocate) ne peut changer que la partie dépôt d'une URL [famille@localhost amsn-extras]$

Shorten the url to what is needed. It will substitute correctly. svn switch --relocate https://svn.sourceforge.net https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net
this is enough and will work for amsn-extras as well I guess.

A summary about this problem could be posted in the "aMSN uses SVN" topic inside the "Important Announcements" subforum... I always looked there to remember the svn repo, and today I couldn't find it... after searching the internet a few minutes I managed to resolve the problem, and _after_ that, I found this topic Bye!

Nope, I confirm, it is not working... david@sneaker:~/svn$ svn co https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn amsn svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn' svn: PROPFIND of '/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn': could not connect to server (https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net)
