I wanted to make a deb file from it to install it on other computers, so i did a make deb without problems.
When i want to install the deb with gdebi(ubuntu edgy) on the other computer who have alreday tcl8.5 and tk8.5 it still asks to install tcl8.4 and tk8.4 .
What is wrong? can sombody help me?

what is wrong is that amsn depends on tcl/tk 8.4, and that you don't have those packages installed, so it can't work.
Yes, it will work with tcl/tk 8.5, but those versions are alpha, not even beta or final, so until tcl/tk 8.5 is released and is stable, we can't depend on it.
You can change the file debian/control if you want to hack it into working with tcl/tk 8.5 but we won't support that outself.

Nick Nitro: look at the bottom of this page: http://bert.vdb-studios.be/ubuntu/CustomEdgy.php
it shows you how to make aMSN work with tcl/tk8.5, while keeping the tcl/tk8.4 dependencies for other programs
