Which skin ? Which plugin version ? To know that : go where you placed the plugin and look at the file plugininfo.xml And bring here the cvs_version field

I installed the latest version of AMSN yesterday, and used the pop3 plugin. Running Kubuntu 6.10 And with me it is the same, still, there is a blank space above the regular "Hotmail" email line. So is there something else that needs to be done here? I can't click on it either, 'cause nothing happens. In the menu of my taskbar, if I rightclick on the AMSN figure, and clik on the inbox, the only thing that happens is that the website to my hotmail address opens up, and not my regular email prog, which is thunderbird. So, please, should I do something else? Thanks a million

did you update the plugin to the latest version ? make sure you have autoupdate enabled and update the plugin to the latest version. Also, download amsn 0.96 version, not RC1. If still nothing ,then sorry, I can't help personaly..

kakaroto, thnx for your reply, Yes, I am running the RC version, but that is the one that I get automatically when I go to the download page and select Kubuntu 6.10 Then, the plugin I have, I also just downloaded just from the amsn website, what other possibilyties do I have then? Where else can or should I download it from?
Thnx for your answer again.

Hi cloggie, sorry, I thought 0.96 was available in the download page already, but it's gonna have to wait for a few more days. Read this post of mine, it seems it is indeed a problem caused by the version of the music plugin you use. http://www.amsn-project.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=12062#12062I know, I know, the plugins and skins on the website should be updated, but we're mostly counting on people to use the autoupdate feature of amsn which should update their version of the plugin to the latest... good luck.
