PSM (Personal Messages, you call them signature) support is in SVN, showing the display picture in the contact list is also available in SVN, his/your DP in the chat window is not done because almost everyone prefers not to bloat the window, but you can don't need it either, your DP is shown in the contact list if needed, and the other user's DP is shown in the chat window, right click on the DP of the chat window to select which one to show.
the star for blogs is not doable until we supoprt blogs, the support for blogs is very complicated and we're trying to add it, it will probably be included in the next next version (0.96 is out soon, and the feature should be in 0.97.. or in SVN soon...)

but i tink that aMsn must be like a MSN messanger porting for Linux because microsoft dont make it's....
is my point of view, amsn is only alternative to have MSN messanger on a pc with Linux, and i hope to see aMsn like a MSN messanger, in the good or in the bad. i tink 2 avatar in conversation is not a bad idea...
see my pictoure with a picture of my friend is a normal thing...

I think we should save space in the chat windows for more important stuff : i always know what is my display picture, it is on top of the contact list so i don't really need to see it everywhere...

I don't want to see my picture because i know which is my picture!! so for me show my picture on chat window is unnecessary.

Yes but i hate M$N Messenger!!! i dont' want to have a m$n messenger gui clone. I like aMSN, it's more simple but with a lot of features. And add that feature it will cost cpu and memory usage (if i'm not wrong)

Lets copycat MSN's (ugly) interface !

I suggest we had support for the flash commercials... I also really miss the ebay tab that allowed me to follow my auctions or find some quality content with MSN Search.

Maybe it is also a bad thing to able to lauch a few differents instances of amsn in the same time, we should stick to the old system.

Finnally, i would really enjoy to be offered by a little message in the chat windows to buy some usefull smiley packs !

Fabioamd87 > Don't make Fenix-TX say what he didn't said. He don't like MSN Messager but haven't said anything about Microsoft. Tastes and colors, this is not the point here. You want this feature so bad whereas no one asked for it until now and every one who participated to the thread didn't really like it, maybe you should just start coding it...

If I was a aMSN developer, I would say:
Quote
aMSN is aMSN, and it is not meant to be MSN Messenger! Microsoft does their things their way, and we do our things our way!

And by the way, if you don't like the way aMSN looks, write your own GUI to please your desires. That's the way open source works like.

in aMsn, the advantage is that i can abilitate\disable functions by checking a box.
Adding this functions like non be bifficoult, why dont apply this and give the possibility to aviable\disable this?
maybe for you is not important, but what do you thing about many other user?Huh
