Please paste your status log (Ctrl+S) and protocol log (Ctrl+D)

Your webcam should work with this configuration if your ports are forwarded. Paste your status log

Can you try out latest SVN? It should hopefully solve your issue. Test it and let us know!

The block list is updated to the MSN servers, but I think there is a limit or something?

Anyway, if you go to Preferences - Privacy, do you see those people in your block list or are there any missing ones?
36  aMSN Support / Windows / Re: Problem with logs splitting IMs across months. on: June 04, 2010, 12:48:13 pm
The option is in Preferences → Logging and is called "Sort logs by date".
37  aMSN Support / Linux / Re: Characters appearing on aMSN on: May 18, 2010, 12:16:30 pm
Since you reproduced that bug in the wish window with the pack [text .t] command, it is in tcl/tk and completely outside of aMSN. If the reinstall didn't help, you'd better ask in the Ubuntu forums or something.
38  aMSN Support / Macintosh / Re: How to open router ports (to fix webcam issues) on: May 17, 2010, 01:18:59 pm
From: 6890 (not 6980)
To: 6900

So just change the From and you're ready to go.

40  Development / Amsn development related issues / Re: DosBox in fullscreen make amsn crash on: May 13, 2010, 01:03:04 pm
Known bug in windows, coming from tcl/tk, the tcl/tk people know of it, last time we checked with them they weren't sure how to fix it either. Sad
41  The Community / Feedback and Suggestions / Re: amsn for linux portable like firefox? on: May 12, 2010, 11:43:29 am
You can just download the tarball, extract it, compile, then make it portable _without_ running make install.
42  aMSN Support / Linux / Re: Characters appearing on aMSN on: May 12, 2010, 11:42:35 am
Code:
sudo apt-get remove amsn
sudo apt-get purge tk8.5
sudo apt-get purge tcl8.5
Then let me know what this outputs:
Code:
ls -l /etc/alternatives/wish

After this,
Code:
sudo apt-get install amsn
, this may fix your issue.

How did you install tcl/tk ? Did you use apt-get or maybe one of those "install aMSN and tcl/tk" third-party scripts?
44  aMSN Support / Windows / Re: Drag and Drop on: May 11, 2010, 12:10:37 pm
Doesn't work for me, but another Windows user (on the french forum) reported that it works well.
45  aMSN Support / Linux / Re: Characters appearing on aMSN on: May 11, 2010, 12:09:47 pm
Go to a console and run : wish
It will pop up a blank window and give a % prompt
In that prompt, type:
Code:
pack [text .t]
Now you are able to write in the window that popped up. Try pressing enter/backspace/delete there.
