I know you said that it's a server-side issue, but it thought it was strange since it happened three times in a row using aMSN and never happened using Emesene.

I didn't mean to make you angry. Thank you for your time.

I've been using Emesene for two weeks now, and I haven't encounter the bug yet.

Happend again with a text message!  Sad

raphoun, which version of aMSN are you using?

I'll wait for the bug to be triaged, in the meantime I'm moving to "emesene".

It happened again!

I remember that some days ago I've deleted some "cache" folders in ~/.amsn... but I don't think that this is the problem.
I'll try with a new profile...

I think this isn't making sense too!

I've never wrote him a message via aMSN, but he received the exact same two emoticons that I had just sent to another contact.

I tried to open the protocol log, but a lot of incoming messages had already deleted the mysterious part.

It's such a strange thing...  Sad

Hi! I think I found a strange bug.

While I was chatting with a friend, another contact told me that he received two messages sent by me.
I didn't write him, but he received two emoticons from me!

I'm sure it's not my fault, because I didn't open the contact list, so I couldn't open a new conversation.

I'm using SVN 11864 on Linux (Arch Linux). My active plugins are: "Inkdraw", "Tic Tac Toe" and "Nudge".

Thank you in advance, and sorry for my bad English.

If you need it, I made a Nokia Maemo icon for the download page:

I'm using Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon too.

Open a terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal), and type
Code:
nautilus ~/.amsn/skins

then copy the folder in the zip archive into this folder. (Do not copy the zip file, but extract it and then copy the folder extracted).

Sorry for my bad English, I hope I was helpful

I like it, but could it be in other colours? Tongue

i'll like blue, or white Tongue

PinkaMSN is based on "aMSN Live!" skin, that is light blue. You can download it from this page http://www.amsn-project.net/skins.php , but is an old skin: there aren't some pixmaps, so you'll see some default buttons and background instead of the correct images.

Hi! This is my first post in this community! I love aMSN and I think that is the best MSN client, even better than WLM!

I've created a skin and I've uploaded it on SourceForge. Here it is its description.

This skin is a pink skin for aMSN.

Author: Luca Andrea Rossi

Description: A pink and purple aMSN skin, dedicated to all the girls who use aMSN.

Requirements: It can be used with all versions since 0.97(RC1) (I've not tested it on previous versions). It's also fully compatible with the latest SVN version.
