Some changes to Actions Menu, now it shows icons instead of text so it can be expanded better,
I added a spaces button to navigate directly to your Windows Live Space, it is useful if you use WL spaces as a blog.

This is almost normal because your display name it's saved on server too. Does this happen every time you log in?

I didn't get the point of this plugin, do you mean sending a message to someone you deleted or viceversa? If you are blocked you cannot invite someone to connect to SB, and even more with MSNP15 this can't work...
