Webcam enhancements on latest CVS

First of all, I have to say that all of this is kakaroto's work, not mine, so all credits to him. Sooo, if you download the CVS version....

Apart from MANY bugfixes, it contains these enhancements:

1) The slider to control playback position should finally be stable
2) You can export the current frame to an image (current frame only!)
3) Log playback/seeking is A LOT faster
4) You can pause your webcam session
5) It doesn't stop when receiving paused webcam from MSN, AND, you also get notified when it's paused!!! (Great idea kakaroto!)
6) If there is an invalid/broken/whatever frame in a webcam session, it is now skipped!
7) Probably fixed a bug that would make MSN 7.5 give error when it receives the first frame of a webcam
