Contacts not on contact list and requesting to be added again?

Hey.

I'm using the Mac version of aMSN. It's been running fine ever since I started using it, but today when I log in I see that 17 of my contacts are gone from my contact list, but they are apparently all requesting to add me as when I log in I get 17 pop-up boxes from the people missing from my list.

These include some people who are blocked and deleted from my contact list as well as some I talk to regularly. Even my old MSN address is apparently requesting to add me, which is impossible as I believe I haven't used that for over a year now.

What do I do? Do I need to add them all again? It seems to only be affecting aMSN on my computer, because when I log in to MSN through the IM app on my phone then all the missing contacts are there and I'm not being asked to accept any friend requests. At the moment I'm sort of afraid to press the accept or decline button on any of them in case it screws something up and I lose half my contact list.

I've got, what I believe to be, the same issue happening. 131 pop-ups asking to re-add contacts that I've previously deleted. The ones I do want on my list do appear on the contact list, however.

I have the same problem!! :S

When I login Amsn ask me to add hundreds of contacts.

I have the same problem, I get 100 popups request. It only happens with msn, please fix it soon.
