It's a virus that a friend of yours got. You can't do anything about that. Just tell him/her to install a good antivirus and clean the PC.
If what you got is an email instead of an offline message, then maybe you could do some kind of filter, and filter emails containing certain words or from certain email directions.
If you're not sure how to use filters, just google for it!
