Question about the conversation windows
«

Hello,
I just installed aMSN 0.98.1 with the Dark Matter v4.0 skin (which is really great by the way) and I just want to know if it is possible to split the windows like this:
My contact list at left and all the conversation windows at right. Here is an example if you don't see what I mean.
Thanks !

Hello and welcome to the forums,
You mean in only ONE window ? Sorry but i don't think it is possible ...Never saw this feature in any IM program, but must be doable with some hacking but not at the moment. Isn't it enough the way you have shown it ? Two windows side by side ?

Thanks for your answer.
Yeah in fact I don't think it's possible to have everything in one windows (without hacking i mean). It would be a nice feature
Other question: is it possible to load separate tabs in a single browser window for each conversation window ? (Like in the photo)

Yes, just go to preferences and set it as you like.
You can have all tabs in a single window, each tab in a single window, or a window with tabs for each group of contacts.
