My WLM Skin

You've making a good style, and the only thing that i like from the WLM 8.5 is the picture frame for the avatar, for the other graphics, i like the 8.1 scheme, it's more detailed, the 8.5 version it's so simply and empty IMO, that's what i like to change in my skin, break the limit of the header line, in the pop ups, i was thinking to use the header of the main window, but i liked more my last idea

This skin is the best one I've seen so far and it really turns aMSN into Windows Live Messenger.

I have only 2 complaints/suggestions:

1: My display picture in a chat window is smaller then it should be. Would be great if that can be made to the normal size.

2: On the bottom of aMSN there is  an image of Windows Live Messenger, but it's so small. Can it be made wider?

Only need the transparency on the gif files, some little details to look more closer in the interface. I'm working, but more slowly, cause i'm "perfectioning" and making some alternative and good looking skins here's a shot of a thing that i'm trying:



Is working, but when you maximize or resize the window doesn't have the expected behaviour, but well, are only little things.

1.- The chat window have the same size of the MSN standard (96 x 96) i think it would be config of your Amsn.

2.- The image at botton has the same image from the original but i can try to make it wider to fill the empty spaces :wink:



I'll make some variations and posibly install the WLM 8.5 to have more alternatives Thnx 4 the feedback.

The pixmaps for the contact card were available in Karel's ccard plugin (before it was integrated into aMSN). You can just drop the files in this archive into your skin to have the WLM ccard.

Also, another missing pixmap is the spaces_noupdate image. Here's a greyed (non anim) version of spaces_update from your skin http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/4607/spacenoupdatefn9.png.

I've the no updates pixmap for the spaces feature, but i'm not using the SVN version, i've forget to put the no update when i have the SVN version :lol: thnx 4 remember me that :wink:

Amsn have Contact Card??? I've seen the pixmaps in the folder but i don't know how to activate/show the contact card and i haven't found the plugin, can someone help me with that? Thnx

I've found the  ##Controversial inline spaces info## in the guicontacts.tcl and i0ve replaced the value from inline to ccard but nothing happens :?:

I've aMsn 0.97 (12/25/2007) Should i need the SVN version, right? I dunno

I got the SVN version an made the changes, but i can't get the Ccard, when i click the spaces icon, nothing happens, the star is grayed, but i can't see nothing  :?
