if I see WLM skin like, will motivate me to format my drive  I've tested the skins on humans :lol: and works Thats the problem yes... humans Any way... i have the buddy icons i made for emerald 1.0+ skin which is mostly like WLM style, if you want the source (.svg)... just let me know. Cheers. |

A big update and a bad notice  Big Update:  The bad notice: A virus formatted my pc and delete only mi skin folder in the amsn folder :? That was a bad Joke, the real notice is, I've got the original smilies directly from the msn!!!! that make me replace all the smilies, and re-do the animated smileys, but not all is bad, i've found more icons to use, only with another WLM Skin users, but well. Any comments??? |

greetz. My old live skin resources is already for sometimes on download page But... for what? another live skin¿? why don't you put together all efforts to make one nice WLM skins?  You could count with to if you need to by pass copyrights by designing pixmaps from scratch |

I'm close to finish, be patient i've used MS Graphics, but moded to do a different look for some images, i've finished the popups looks too close to WLM 8.5 :shock:  |

heres my version im just missing the wlm display pic border but ill work on it problem is wlm displays the pic as 50x50 and amsn displays it 48x48 and i like everything to be originally so ill have to mod it perfectly and without quality loss  Is better to improve than to copy it 100% |

hmm well its called a wlm skin for a reason
if someone wants to mod it later they can or release it under a different name
i think it should be 100% both for the person downloading and to be an accurate port to tribute the original images and artists
imo wlm 8.5 looks ok
when i use amsn i like to see the same emoticons as my contacts would see
have the same experience as them ect
anyway for some reason i have a grey border on the notify window and cant figure why
it doesnt look too bad and looks a bit good actually
settings.xml pixmap size is accurate so dont know why the border is there
i didnt notice it before So you don't care a thing about copyrights? Just kidding... is just my opinion as graphic artist... i do not steal nothing, i just create |

hmm i dont make a profit so i dont think copyright is an issue
and tbh no it doesnt bother me
and also i dont think amsn devs can get in trouble even if they hosted the skin on their site because its not the default skin
btw while ur reading.. ur skin is nice but i dont use it because i dont like the contact list images.. i dont like having a bald male head in my contact list.. wlm icons are nice because they arnt male or female same with ur amsn icon.. the rest is nice though I didn't asked you about my Skin and i don't care if you use it or not, people has freedom to chose what to use. Besides once aMSN 0.97 release, i will put al svg files in a SVN repos. which includes the old buddy icons style, which looks more to the wlm ones (which my next version will be based again on that, i used more human buddies cause a suggestion of Lee, another graphics artist from aMSN).
