Attempting to compile from Source under Mandriva Linux Spring 2007.
This is the error message:

checking tcl build dir... ./configure: line 2841: locate: command not found
configure: error: Unable to find Tcl directory or Tcl package is not tcl-dev

However, testing for tcl by running urpmi shows that IS installed:

[root@localhost amsn-0.97RC1]# urpmi tcl
Package tcl-8.4.14-1mdv2007.1.i586 is already installed
Packages tcl-8.4.14-1mdv2007.1.i586 can not be installed
[root@localhost amsn-0.97RC1]#

Can anyone point to the source of the problem?
