[SVN?] File Transfer issues

I think this is a bug with all aMSNs:

- when I file transfer from me to another contact finishes (usually using Windows Live Messenger 8 or greater), it doesn't show to the contact que "success message", neither to me :/
- and sometimes I want to transfer a MP3, and when it finishes, shows to for me and to the contact "File Transfer Cancelled" in the chat-box, but not for me in file-transfer-box (it shows "Finished"), and the file simply doesn't arrive to my friend :/

- I configured my "Received Files Folder" to be "~/amsn_received"
and it works for file transfer and for the "Open" button, but not for the "Open Folder" button.
yes, the "File Manager" configuration is well configured...
