"Change Display Picture" -> [Browse] -> Choose an Image, select the size, clic [OK], and then, immediately try to do a right clic on the new picture and choose : delete...
The bug can be reproduced with or without Chameleon.2. in the Contact List"My status" is truncated when I put some smileys in my nickname :

3. in MSN spacesIf you look at someone space where there are picture, there is a problem... just have a look :
... and it takes a very long time to come stable...
