When I launch aMSN 0.95 my system (Windows XP Tablet Edition, 1.7GHz Dothan, 1GB Ram) slows to a crawl for ~30 seconds while it finishes loading and my CPU spikes to 100% during the slowdown.

Is there any way to fix this?
