Some users have reported that they are unable to launch the windows installer. If you're unable to launch the windows installer, please download "windows-alternate.zip", extract it to C:\Program Files\ and create manually shortcuts to your desktop and start menu, links should point to C:\Program Files\Amsn\Amsn.exe

Another solution was found :
It seems the installer doesn't launch if its path contains special characters (like accents), so you could just move it to another directory without any special characters and that would do the trick..
The bitrock team has been notified and they are currently working on a fix for this issue.
