This is an odd one, sometimes, on Windows, the open windows cant move very far. If i move them to far, they go back to where the were, i have to click, move a little, let go, and click again. Any idea of what could be happening here?

my friend has this problem. im not sure whats causing it, but arieh, the windows devel might..

Nope sorry, haven't been able to figure this one out. It doesn't always happen to me, but it does happen every now and then.

I would love any ideas of what could be causing it.
