Sorry, I didnt set permissions correctly so people weren't able to have avatars. That is fixed now, enjoy.

hey, how did you fix it, i have my own forum on phpbb2 and i cant get avatars :s i tryed the main site and i think i got everything right what did you do?

chmod the pictures folder aswell enable GDlib i cant rember what chmod number i think its 777 for read and write.

thats what i had to do when i had a forum.
