Hi,

I am locking comments on this post. For support requests, please go to the forums - aMSN's main page is not the place for support.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hello thar! I'm experiencing a problem with the new aMSN which did not occur in the previous version.
My internet connection is very stable, and fairly ok (50mbit), i'm running on Mac with 10.5 OS, yet aMSN keep on reconnecting randomly - Haven't noticed if it does when I recieve messages or some other parametres, but I'm very sure it do reconnect! Is this a bug or something in the new version, or me having some issues? Never experienced this with aMSN or any other IM-client before. Also, other programs that need internet to work is not affected in any way, so I doubt it's my connection that messes things up.

Hoping for a swift response,
JayVee

ah damn, thanks for reporting it. It seems the windows installer wasn't done correctly, we have recreated the installers and they are now available for download through the website.
So just redownload aMSN again and install it, it should work this time.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
